Babysitting Guidelines

Exciting New Babysitting Services For All Temple Events!!!

We are excited to announce that Temple Emanu-El is offering free babysitting for the High Holy Days.   

We are thrilled to be able to provide this for all of our members. You must sign up for Rosh Hashanah by Thursday, September 13th and Yom Kippur by Thursday, September 20th to reserve your child’s spot. Please fill out the form on our website to make your reservation. The ages for babysitting are 15 months to 5 years old.

Temple is no longer charging for babysitting, “during High Holy Days,” but if you would like to make a donation for babysitting go to Chaverweb and do so under “Events.”

 

 

As of September 1, 2011, babysitting will be available upon request. To reserve a spot for your child(ren), please submit your
registration form below the Tuesday prior to the event by 1:00pm. If there are no reservations made
by Tuesday, at 1:00pm the week of the event, there will be no babysitting services available.

 
In order for you and your child to get a feel for the room, meet some friends and feel comfortable in the space, our
 babysitters will be available 15 minutes prior to the start time of the event. We hope that this new program will allow you more flexibility
and the opportunity for you to attend any Temple event. Most importantly we want your child to begin fostering a positive
relationship with the Temple and developing a Temple community of their own.

 For any Temple event that you wish to receive babysitting services, regardless of age, please do the following:

  • Complete the registration form below.
  • Be sure to check the box indicating the age of your child.
  • Be sure to provide the phone number we should call in case ofan emergency during the event.
  • Please have this information filled out the Tuesday prior to the event by 1:00pm.
  • If you wish to make a donation for this service
  • Please make checks payable to Temple Emanu-El or go to ChaverWeb and click on events.
