Natasha
By David Bezmozgis
This is a book of short stories about a Jewish family Leaving Russia and settling in Toronto,Canada. The cast of characters elicits laughs and tears as the family journeys in their new found home.
Though just 147 pages, this work has received numerous prestigious recognitions. This copyright 2004 volume is available in hardback at our Engel Library.
Want to celebrate a Simcha or remember someone?
For a Donation of $20 to the Engel Library Fund,a nameplate can be placed in the front cover of a book in honor of or in memory of your loved one. This is a wonderful way to provide a lasting memorial and help us replace our older books.
All contributions to the Library Fund are used exclusively for the purchase of books and other multi-media for our library.
Have some Jewish music cd ’s you no longer need?
Why not help the Engel Library expand its collection? Your donation would head us in the right direction. As always, you may choose to make a contribution to the Library Fund to remember someone special. If you’d like for your donation to be used for the purchase of a cd, just let us know.
Please stop and visit our newly organized library. We are beginning to enter all our books into our new computer system and we have many interesting books! For more information please contact Barbara Capper at
