Moment Magazine Moment magazine is an independent bi-monthly journal
covering the Jewish world. Founded by Elie Wiesel and Leonard Fein, the magazine
is committed to an open conversation on Jewish politics, culture, and religion.
Moment is the largest independent Jewish magazine in America, with a circulation of 65,000. In addition to
providing in-depth analyses on issues such as the Israeli-Palestinian peace
process and the religious disputes in Israel that have spilled over into the
United States. , Moment features slice-of-life essays, humor, award-winning
columns, and poetry.

The Forward Since 1897, the Forward has presented top quality writing on
issues of great importance in the Jewish world. This weekly paper informs
readers on both domestic and international Jewish issues, politics, culture, the
arts and more. Its contributors have included Isaac Bashevis Singer, Elie
Wiesel, and in recent years, Saul Bellow, Chaim Potok, Philip Roth and Joseph
Heller. Some would say the Forward is the New York Times of the Jewish world.
The paper is also printed in the original Yiddish edition, and since 1995, in a
Russian edition as well.

Lilith Magazine Lilith is an independent Jewish women’s magazine

Tikkun Magazine Tikkun magazine began in 1986 as a liberal and
spiritual alternative to other Jewish publications and voices. Tikkun provides a
space for both affiliates and non-affiliated Jewish who seek to renew their
Judaism, engage in political discussion and enrich their spiritual values.
Tikkun is not afraid of controversy. The editors support the state of Israel,
Palestinian rights, progressive politics in the United States, and Jewish/Black dialogue.
While Tikkun has become controversial for its support of Palestinians, its
editors insist that criticism of Israel come only from a spirit of deep
attachment and commitment to the continued existence of the Jewish State. Tikkun
is not affiliated with any particular stream of Judaism, and its authors
represent a broad spectrum of Jewish life. Tikkun is edited by Michael Lerner,
leader of Beit Tikkun in San Fransico, CA.
